Sales Account Manager
Creative MediaWorks, located in Pennington, NJ, currently has an outstanding opportunity for experienced sales and marketing individuals to sell for a leading design and graphics multimedia firm working with Pharmaceutical companies, MedComs, and Advertising agencies.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for new business development. Work with management team to provide an efficient and cohesive process to ensure customer satisfaction. To work the existing Marketing Plan and to expand on it to ensure market coverage in desired markets.
- Provide market / customer feedback to assist the Department Managers in identifying new service opportunities, market opportunity, requirements, pricing, etc
- Sales support tasks when needed (e.g. coordinating the writing of proposals, RFIs and RFPs, creating sales presentations, job orders, etc.)
- Show how our services meet the prospect or clients needs and attain revenue goals
- Follow the Company's sales process to ensure that sales efficiency is maximized
- Expand the existing Marketing plan to encompass a greater awareness of CMW
- Support lead generation programs to garner new relationships to grow revenue
- Reach out to existing customers to identify their needs and gain closure
- Includes following 90 Day Order Forecast and Pipeline review process
Requirements:
Experienced sales and marketing executive must possess account development skills, with a total commitment to quality, service and customer satisfaction. The ability to direct the marketing plan.
- Proven track record selling to pharmaceutical, health care marketing / medical communication professionals and medical education firms
- Ability to open new accounts and maintain ongoing relationships to achieve revenue goals
- A background in Computer Graphics sales as an Account Executive is preferred
- Familiarity with terms like CME, Ad board, Investigator meetings, and KOL
- Knows how to maintain and improve sales from established accounts
- Enjoys developing and managing new accounts
- A proven sales performer
- Skilled in Marketing
- Executing all required administrative tasks
- Attend professional organization events
- Prospecting on new customers
