Our Guidelines

If an incoming job does not meet these requirements, Creative MediaWorks cannot be responsible for the outcome of the project. Creative MediaWorks will hold the job until the information needed to complete the work is obtained.

• Type in the Instructions field below:
  • The name of the application used to create the attached document
  • Any special instructions for output
• Fax us a hard copy (b/w) of the entire job at (609) 737-6345. This will help us to be certain the file looks the same on our screen as it does on yours.
• Include all fonts (printer and screen) utilized in your document including fonts used within graphics (embedded and imported). If possible, include all embedded and imported graphics.
• Scanned graphics that are not embedded in a document must be saved in the appropriate color mode, resolution, and format.
• All files must be set up in the proper format and dimensions for the output process that you will be using.
