Creative MediaWorks Hires Marketing Coordinator

Creative MediaWorks is pleased to announce the newest addition to their Sales and Marketing team. Karen Black brings 8 years of pharmaceutical advertising and marketing experience to the new role of Marketing Coordinator.

Prior to joining Creative MediaWorks, Karen has extensive experience working on both the client and agency sides of the business. Over a 7-year career in the in-house advertising agency at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Karen held positions in the editorial, account management, and interactive arms of the agency. As an Interactive Account Manager specializing in non-personal promotion, Karen played a strong role in implementing e-detailing at the company and driving the integration of new platforms into the organization’s existing marketing strategy. In 2012, Karen transitioned to an influential medical communications agency where she gained valuable experience in the development of compelling speaker programs, meeting management, and KOL engagement.

Karen's roots in account and interactive project management have strongly influenced her approach to marketing and strategy. She uses her first-hand experience of customers' needs and challenges to develop relevant and effective solutions that leverage digital platforms to broaden reach, expedite results, and accurately measure customer engagement.
