Creative MediaWorks Hires New Animator and Digital Media Designer

Creative MediaWorks is pleased to announce that their Digital Media Division has added Alex Rivera to their team. Alex specializes in Autodesk Maya, the Adobe Creative Suite Products including Flash (with Proficiency in AS2), Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, etc. His diverse multimedia and animation art background is a great asset to CMW as the digital world of healthcare communication continues to build momentum.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Computer Animation from the Art Institute’s Miami International University of Art & Design. Though originally destined to become an Industrial Engineer, he was introduced to 3D graphics via AutoCAD while attending Penn State University.

Alex has worked throughout the United States in several varied facets of animation and graphics, including interactive computer-based courseware & training for the Aerospace and Military industries, animated pitch projects in the Entertainment industry, and speaker-training programs for the Pharmaceutical industry. Since joining Creative MediaWorks, Alex has produced a number of interactive games, speaker-training website, interactive kiosks, and most recently—a lunch and learn interactive pharmaceutical sales rep tool.

His interests and hobbies include: Animating, drawing, video games, math & science, anything pixar, chow chows and hanging out with his Son Caiden.

CMW is excited to have Alex join the digital media department and looks forward to an exciting future with him!
