New Business Developer

We're looking for a results-driven New Business Developer who will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities, winning new business, and managing relationships with customers. A strong understanding of the Life science industry, and how our products and services are used is key. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow topline revenue by developing new sales
  • Identify, qualify and connect with prospective accounts
  • Understand and present products and engage prospect interest
  • Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Meet with prospects to uncover their needs
  • Objection handling and close business
  • Utilize our CRM for all activity and reporting
  • Collaborate with our marketing team and initiatives

Marketing Manager (Part-Time)

We have an outstanding opportunity for a part-time, experienced Marketing Manager to help promote our organization’s offerings to prospective clients in the life sciences industry.

The marketing manager role is a position that supports our all of Creative MediaWorks internal marketing. The Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility is to strategize, implement, and oversee all marketing initiatives to promote brand awareness, generate leads and support sales efforts for CMW under the supervision of the COO. This position requires someone who has excellent written and verbal communications skills and who can self-manage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan that outlines clear tactics, budget and resource allocations, attainable deadlines and measurable outcomes. Refine plan as needed if goals/priorities shift, clearly communicating changes to key stakeholders.
  • Identify Targets and convert to Leads; track inbound Leads from other sources; and partner with sales to drive conversion. Track all communication in CRM software.
  • Run weekly marketing meetings to clearly communicate status of annual marketing plan, including changes to deadlines and deliverables, challenges, resources and budget needs.
  • Develop messaging based on company value proposition, update our messaging as products, services and industry trends shift.
  • Develop fresh ideas and content for marketing deliverables.
  • Develop and implement annual social media strategy (benchmarks include: number of social media followers, resulting website traffic, Targets, Leads and conversions).
  • Maintain company website, blog and all landing pages (benchmarks include: web traffic, web rankings, Targets, Leads and conversions).
  • Maintain relationships with professional organizations (i.e., TIPPA, ISMPP, etc).
  • Research and document competitive products/services by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintain CRM with this information.
