Who We're Looking For

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced graphic designer in our Creative Services department. We are looking for a candidate with the drive and determination to produce perfection who can work as part of our in-house team producing graphic design for our clients in the life sciences industry.

The candidate will be responsible for accurately producing the design, layout and revisions of the following:

  • Scientific posters
  • Meeting collateral
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Publications, Brochure, Newsletters, Sales Aids, etc.
  • Figure redraws
  • Logos

Requirements

  • Complete knowledge and mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Fast keyboard and data-entry skills.
  • Complete understanding of color usage for final deliverable.
  • Have a fanaticism for perfection and pushing the envelope to produce high-quality deliverables for our clients.
  • Excellent multitasking with and the ability to manage multiple client requests at the same time and execute them accurately.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Great organizational, time management, listening and decision making skills.
  • Customer service and empathy skills when interacting with clients and staff.
  • Team player that enjoys working with others.
  • Comfortable in a small business environment with an entrepreneurial spirit that can add value to their work.

Software Developer

Who We're Looking For

CMW is seeking a Software Developer to join our team that would be focused on programming applications for our clients in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented coding guru with strong development, problem-solving, and communication skills to help us craft innovative custom web solutions, and support our growing product offering—Speakcore (www.speakcore.com).

Responsibilities

  • Write code across the full stack--front-end Web UI, middle-tier service layer, and the back-end database, for all phases of a project
  • Convert templates from web designers into HTML/CSS using a responsive design for mobile device optimization
  • Program functionality for new custom web solutions, and for enhancements and updates to our Speakcore platform
  • Collaborate with our team and clients on project requirements using our project management software to help document and manage the workload across the lifecycle of the project
  • QA code for issues and troubleshoot
  • Maintain, refactor, and enhance existing features and functionalities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years experience building web applications and software with object-oriented programming languages while maintaining a focus on writing clean, well designed and scalable code
  • Expert knowledge of all of the following programming languages and technologies: ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Web Forms, Web Services, Web API, Microsoft SQL, Entity Framework, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS3 HTML5, and AJAX
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and takes pride in improving our customers’ experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight-deadlines

Bonus Points

  • Experience with web application development security standards
  • Experience developing on the Azure platform
  • Experience with multi-tenancy architecture and development
  • Experience with creating web designs using Adobe Photoshop or Sketch
  • Experience with coding inline CSS for HTML emails
