Project Manager

We have an outstanding opportunity for a full-time, experienced Project Manager to provide support to our in-house creative services team.

The Project Manager is a mid-level position that supports our creative services team. The Project Manager's primary responsibility is to manage design, layout, presentation, web and print projects for our clients under the supervision of the creative services manager. This position requires meticulous record management and excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet the needs of our clients.
  • Proactively create and maintain a positive and effective relationship with our customers, employing active listening and demonstrating customer empathy to ensure our customer's expectations are met.
  • Enter new projects into our tracking software and prepare projects for our production team.
  • Create a detailed work plan that identifies and sequences the tasks that need to be successfully completed for the project by our internal production team and external vendors.
  • Monitor the status and progress of each project to help ensure that the project is successfully completed on-time.
  • Secure resources for completing projects.
  • Hold on-going status meetings with the Digital Print team to discuss the production schedule and any issues or questions that need to be addressed.
  • Once a project is completed, review it to ensure that it meets our internal expectations and client's expectations and then send the project to our client for review.
  • Run effective conference calls.
  • Write effective emails to both clients and our internal team.
  • Read and interpret client requests and translate them into clear direction for the production team.
  • Communicate verbally with clients and internal team.
  • Traffic projects with internal printing department, vendors and external resources.
  • Prepare FedEx and courier shipments for print deliverables that are shipped out from our offices.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years project coordinator experience.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • General knowledge of graphic design tools (i.e., Adobe Creative Cloud suite)

Nice to Haves:

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical communication field.

The position is on-site in our offices in Pennington, NJ.

New Business Developer

We're looking for a results-driven New Business Developer who will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities, winning new business, and managing relationships with customers. A strong understanding of the Life science industry, and how our products and services are used is key. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow topline revenue by developing new sales
  • Identify, qualify and connect with prospective accounts
  • Understand and present products and engage prospect interest
  • Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Meet with prospects to uncover their needs
  • Objection handling and close business
  • Utilize our CRM for all activity and reporting
  • Collaborate with our marketing team and initiatives
