We are in search of an energetic, relationship-oriented, execution master Project Manager for our NJ office. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders (internal and external) to develop, publish and update comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resources.
  • Conduct project status meetings with well-defined agendas, address risks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure successful project delivery and support team members in achieving objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project related communications.
  • Deliver regular project status updates, communicate challenges and impacts, and engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring they are well-informed, and their concerns are addressed.
  • Facilitate After Action Review (AAR) meetings, document feedback, and implement improvements, fostering continuous improvement and shared learning across the company.
  • Manage issues and risk mitigation plan, change order process, readiness reviews, and overall health of the projects using best practices and methodologies.
  • Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, and execution phases with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Help prioritize and guide internal team members on workload, depending on client needs and project due dates.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. A relevant certification (PMP) can be a plus.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing projects of varying complexity and size.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software. Ability to create and manage project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and route incoming support requests based on urgency and priority, to the appropriate team or individual for resolution.
  • Directly handle basic questions and task requests.
  • Monitor the status of open tickets and take proactive steps to address any outstanding issues to meet service level objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide timely and accurate reports.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate the smooth and efficient resolution of tickets.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with both users and support personnel to ensure accurate information exchange.

Who We’re Looking For

CMW is seeking a Business Analyst – Software Implementation Manager for our NJ office that will collaborate with our clients and our development team to implement our software solution—Speakcore. (www.speakcore.com).

Overall Responsibility

Become a subject matter expert of the Speakcore platform. Communicate between clients, stakeholders, and developers to ensure that everyone is informed and geared towards achieving the same agreed-upon goal. Collaborate with all players to establish requirements and turn them into actionable specifications for the development team, ensuring a full understanding from the team.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Manage the discovery process for each new bureau. Understand client’s business and how Speakcore can support their initiatives and goals. Gather, analyze and document business requirements from clients. Communicate and guide the client on how to use the software solution to meet their needs. Work with client to complete the requirements specification documentation in an accurate, clear, and understandable manner.
  • Preparing Specification Documents: Input clearly articulated tickets into the project management tool for programmers to execute. Facilitate communication and share knowledge to ensure clients’ needs are met effectively.
  • Project Execution: During development, provide clarity to developers, negotiate with stakeholders on conflicting requirements, etc. This may include holding meetings to deliberate on solving specific problems, identify risks and manage technology-related restrictions. Hold team status meetings to provide visibility to the project's progress, deadline, goals, objectives, and issues
  • Research & Requirements: Assist with guiding future development based on industry trends and customer input/feedback on the user experience and functionality of the platform
  • Conducting User Acceptance Tests: Perform high-level final acceptance tests to ensure agreed-upon deliverable is met. Collaborate with team and clients for User Acceptance Testing. Ensure that end-to-end cycle testing is completed for each initiative and coordinate release schedule with the DevOps team, keeping the client updated along the way.
  • Technical Documentation: Write documentation for our customers, which will include technical documentation, tutorials, and other implementation guides.
  • Client On-Boarding: Obtain proper documentation from the client once the job has been sold. Help schedule necessary kick-off meetings and discovery calls, and own the process.
  • Evaluate business value to help prioritize needs.
  • Demo Speakcore for potential new clients and existing clients.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of working experience in the field as an IT business analyst or technical project manager
  • Knowledge in business application systems, enterprise, distributed, multi-tier/web-services, web-based applications
  • Knowledge of quality assurance best practices in an Agile methodology environment

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Software Implementation Specialist for a hybrid role in our NJ office that will collaborate with our business analyst and development team for implementations of our software solution—Speakcore (www.speakcore.com), used by our life science company clients and their logistical agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert in the Speakcore platform, understanding the capabilities of the software, and how to implement and configure business requirements from our Business Analyst using the UI (e.g., workflows, triggers and appropriate conditions, security permissions for fields and lookup values, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst and refine requirements, and assist with the client onboarding process
  • Work with product team in monthly sprints to understand and document how new features are configured so that they can be leveraged by new and existing customers that might want the features enabled
  • Assist with configurations for ongoing change requests clients need post-launch once in hyper care and maintenance phases
  • Create notification emails and the appropriate triggers so that they are sent under the correct conditions to support all business requirements
  • Assist with implementing all the appropriate default values and filters for each new user type during implementation (e.g., dashboard widgets with KPIs, grid views, etc.)
  • Build and preconfigure reports for various user groups in the UI
  • Assist with importing client data into the system from defined data collection templates, and transforming client data into proper templates needed for importing
  • Familiarity with Monday or other similar project management systems
  • Experience with Zendesk or other similar ticketing systems
  • Track time accurately for all tasks performed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with performing configurations for complex, highly customizable enterprise applications, or a SaaS multi-tenant platform, such as Salesforce
  • BA/BS in computer science or a related field
  • Understand programming concepts and logic in order to be able to build complex workflows with multiple conditions

Bonus Points:

  • Proficiency with SQL with the ability to perform more advanced configurations in the database, as well as experience with editing and writing JSON objects stored in the database

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep the Leader organized, informed, and prepared for anything that comes their way.
  • Meeting management – Maintain detailed meeting notes on both client and internal calls, and schedule deliverables that come out of that meeting with Leader. Hold Leader accountable for completing deliverables and aid in the completion of those deliverables.
  • Maintain calendar and appointment scheduling, and work with Leader to effectively manage time.
  • Organize and keep organized file storage in OneDrive and Share Point
  • Collaborate with Chief Information Security Officer on ISO 27001 maintenance and completing security assessments for clients.

We are seeking a QA Engineer for our NJ office that will collaborate with our development team to implement our software solution—Speakcore. (www.speakcore.com). This individual would be a principal in defining/establishing our formal testing program.

Responsibilities:

  • Create test cases that will exercise all applicable facets of the application to ensure it performs as expected
  • Identify, document, and communicate any issue found to the software development team so that features can be released with the highest quality
  • Validate user expectations are achieved during the testing process to enhance our client’s user experience
  • Utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals in order to keep up with daily testing responsibilities
  • Review user requirement documents to ensure that requirements are testable to identify any missing user stories
  • Perform manual or automated testing on key functionality to ensure any bugs are discovered prior to release to Production
  • Report bugs and other issues found from testing using tracking tools
  • Write and maintain test automation to reduce regression testing time 
  • Conduct exploratory testing to evaluate the robustness and functionality of the software products to cover negative testing principles  
  • Estimate work activity, deliver high-quality work within the established timeline and ensure effective information flow throughout contributing to the team’s success

Requirements:

We have an outstanding opportunity for a full-time experienced Proofreader with knowledge of the healthcare industry to provide support for our in-house creative team. The Proofreader works to ensure that all the digital and print deliverables which our team creates for our clients meet our high standards of quality and accuracy. This will include scientific posters, PowerPoint presentations, event collateral, and other design and layout projects. The Proofreader must possess a very high detail to attention and be able to multitask effectively in order to meet the deadlines of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and compare our digital and print deliverables against client-supplied content to ensure that the work we produce is accurate and correct.
  • Review the formatting of our deliverables to ensure that the layout is consistent and that the design adheres to our clients‘ style and branding guidelines.
  • Identify and mark corrections that need to be made to digital proofs so our team can incorporate the revisions.
  • Review revised digital proofs to ensure that all corrections have been implemented.
  • Read and interpret client requests and direction for each project.

CMW is seeking a Software Implementation Project Manager for our NJ office that will collaborate with our development team to implement software for our customers. This person will support our growing product offering–Speakcore (www.speakcore.com).

Responsibilities:

  • Help manage and prioritize the workload of on-site, on-shore and off-shore development teams, depending on client needs and project due dates
  • Hold team status meetings to provide visibility to the project’s progress, deadline, goals, objectives, and issues
  • Coach and guide team members to complete tasks and project deliverable
  • Maintain project documentation, issue management, change requests and change management
  • Seek ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to clients
  • Review, understand and become an expert on all new requirements for software development
  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements and processes
  • Construct technical documentation to support all programs
  • Identify options for potential solutions and assess them from both technical and business feasibility
  • Based on the agreed-upon scope, develop and execute testing scripts that fully exercise all functionality
  • Collaborate with team and clients for User Acceptance Testing
  • Take ownership and ensure that end to end cycle testing is completed for each initiative
  • Assist with writing technical documentation for our client-facing knowledgebase, which will include technical documentation, tutorials, and other implementation guides for our customers
  • Additional responsibilities as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, in an IT-related field
  • 5+ years of working experience in the field as an IT business analyst or technical project manager
  • Knowledge in business application systems, enterprise, distributed, multi-tier/web-services, web-based applications
  • Knowledgeable in quality assurance best practices in an Agile methodology environment
  • Expert in requirements documentation procedures
  • Expert knowledge of software development life-cycle and methodologies
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills
  • Deep customer focus and experience with researching and determining customer needs
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with working closely with remote development teams

A CMW print specialist must have experience working with large and small format digital printers, producing media in a fast-paced deadline orientated environment.

  • Effectively prepare and/or troubleshoot client supplied files
  • Rip files to prospective printer for proof and final print

Requirements:

  • Color profiling and printer maintenance
